Vigilantes roam the platform downvoting members out of existence they don't like for one reason or another using huge bankrolls. There is no blocking function for protection from the these predators. There is potential but it needs to be cleaned up from this kind of trash. The platform is down frequently. Waiting patiently so see if DTube ever develops some integrity or slides down to the lower depths of depravity that it seems to be doing.

If the camera is ONVIF compatible, and most Hikvision are, it should work with Zoneminder and its mobile Open Source app zmninja.
