Check out https://duckduckgo.com/bangs you can dump into pretty much any site, Wikipedia, YouTube, Spotify, Google Translate from the DDG search bar if you have a few favorite bangs memorized. Like, creating a machine that manufactures one specific type of food is a solved problem. That's basically the entire packaged food industry. You can absolutely make a burger making machine, and even do it to the point that it can run with minimal human intervention. There's restaurants that do that now.
