Khanacademy.org is a fantastic resource for math, as well as many other courses. If you have access to the internet, try taking some of the courses there. They mirror what is taught in public schools with classes for all grade levels. There are other resources like edx.org that can provide free courses in topics like computer science and business. They where a russian teaching in america who recorded a series about physics for TTC, The Teaching Company. I use glassesusa.com and they seem to have a buy one get one free every so often. I got two frames and lenses (with all the upgrades) for about $210+. They're rimless and lightweight too. Just make sure you get your pupillary distance with the prescription. I don't have any issues with the quality of the lenses and I can see great.
