Have you heard of Elpha? It's an online community for women in tech and also has a job board. I especially love that you can filter companies by things like %women in leadership roles, remote, flexible work schedule, lactation room in the office (!), US visa support, stated compensation philosophy, 401k matching... (1) Technically, I think that site works by identifying itself as the Google webcrawler and seeing the full-text version that many sites would like to have indexed.
