Have you heard of Elpha? It's an online community for women in tech and also has a job board. I especially love that you can filter companies by things like %women in leadership roles, remote, flexible work schedule, lactation room in the office (!), US visa support, stated compensation philosophy, 401k matching... Capterra.com is my goto to research commercial software In this instance. After a CRAPTON of searching before opening my store, I will heartily recommend the one I went with-- retail edge- you can do it as a one time purchase, but I do pay for support.. and it does (I do not use it) integrate with shopify for pricing/inventory/tracking of sales....
