Have you heard of Elpha? It's an online community for women in tech and also has a job board. I especially love that you can filter companies by things like %women in leadership roles, remote, flexible work schedule, lactation room in the office (!), US visa support, stated compensation philosophy, 401k matching... Every single fast food place/restaurant seems to be hiring, as they are trying to rebuild staff they lost during the pandemic. If you are worried about insurance, you can generally get either low or no cost insurances through the healthcare.com website. Looked at healthcare.com but they want me to call due to 3 kids, all who pay taxes so no plans show up online. Looking at a contractor gig and their health insurance is $1600/mth and it's not even that great. Also they dont offer PTO or Holiday pay, so hourly rate when I work is what it get.
