    Have you heard of Elpha? It's an online community for women in tech and also has a job board. I especially love that you can filter companies by things like %women in leadership roles, remote, flexible work schedule, lactation room in the office (!), US visa support, stated compensation philosophy, 401k matching...     Looked at healthcare.com but they want me to call due to 3 kids, all who pay taxes so no plans show up online. Looking at a contractor gig and their health insurance is $1600/mth and it's not even that great. Also they dont offer PTO or Holiday pay, so hourly rate when I work is what it get.
