Have you heard of Elpha? It's an online community for women in tech and also has a job board. I especially love that you can filter companies by things like %women in leadership roles, remote, flexible work schedule, lactation room in the office (!), US visa support, stated compensation philosophy, 401k matching... It's Tremendous. It's sort of but not exactly a SaaS, because we don't have a subscription model, and so it's awkward in our sales flow to say that actually you need to subscribe to something.
