Have you heard of Elpha? It's an online community for women in tech and also has a job board. I especially love that you can filter companies by things like %women in leadership roles, remote, flexible work schedule, lactation room in the office (!), US visa support, stated compensation philosophy, 401k matching... I personally have this rule which consists of the use of the word "Just" like when she says "He is Just a friend". For me that is game over.
