Really, since you have no idea what the base pigments are in any color you want, I would refer to my original suggestion. If that isn't enough, then try thinning with a matching medium and then use the wet palette. You can also add a flow aid, but I would suggest a retarder, so the paint dries slightly slower on the model. That may help achieve more of a contrast effect as well. I built Mochi [0] from the ground up to be local first. The architecture is built around pouchdb for the local database which syncs to and from a remote couchdb database. It's been a challenge to implement and in hindsight I wonder if it was even worth it. Unfortunately neither of these technologies are very widely used any more (if they ever were).
