Then, in looking around at the site, I found the warning that the service is not available to U.S. Citizens who are not residing in the U.S. Maybe I could have used the site and be in violation. Can you double check if you installed the correct URL? https://journalisticapp.com is only the home page, so you need to open the app at https://pwa.journalisticapp.com and install that one.
