Then, in looking around at the site, I found the warning that the service is not available to U.S. Citizens who are not residing in the U.S. Maybe I could have used the site and be in violation. • Help with CSS Text Animation

  I'm looking to recreate the text animation used on kaleido.io's desktop view hero section. I'm not very good with animation in CSS, and inspecting the elements via Chrome is only doing so much.
