The former will track all of your non-cash transactions in a single location while the former allows to-the-penny budgeting. What I thought I needed to do was open the windows setting and go to "choose default app by file type" and change the Default app to open it but when I click "choose a default" I don't get an option to browse for an executable or get a list to choose from rather it just pops up saying there is no installed app for this file type and shows a button that says "look for an app in the store" which just searches the...
