If you want to target people that have not interacted with any landing page pixel or LinkedIn content, only those that connected, I would use https://expandi.io/ first to get them pixeled on a page or post/article/opt-in form. Then make custom audience on that. Otherwise I think what you got is the best way. Zapier & make & Waalaxys etc. Will all cost operations. But perhapse it is not worth targeting those not... I use Expandi and while it's not cheap, it works well. We have gotten big enough to outsource some of the building to a marketing company and they run our connections now. USPS isn't the only address validation. In fact, many businesses use Melissa. Check your address on USPS.com and also on melissa.com. If melissa doesn't have your address, you can submit a "suggestion" and hopefully they'll get that fixed for you. If it's USPS that doesn't recognize your address, then (I believe) your carrier has to correct it in his route book and then (eventually) it'll work it's way to usps.com. Source: over 2 years ago
