The online tool: ezgif.com is pretty good for short gifs and maybe even videos in some cases. When it comes to free video editing software it gets a bit tricky imo. Most of them are not particulary designed around making meme clips. You could try microsoft clipchamp for windows (11?) for probably the most basic and easy editor around or Maybe kdenlive.org/ Haven't tried it yet. But it is free and people say it... 1/Split frames from video (using and editing program or a site like ezgif.com) and reduce to the FPS desired. Source: 10 months ago
I don't think the gif export is very good out of Live2D, so I usually export a high quality transparent mov and use ezgif to convert it to gif. Source: 12 months ago
GIF conversion with ezgif.com (Clipchamp had GIF export, but terrible fps). Source: 12 months ago
I have used it a long time ago but I don't remember ever touching C/C++. You can even make simple games without ever going low level thanks to https://love2d.org/! If I recall, most https://stabyourself.net/ games are based on love2d. I wonder if you could spend some time prototyping some of his ideas in LÖVE... - Source: Hacker News / 6 months ago
* When a cell is born it randomly takes on the color of one of its (3) parents. To try it out: 1. Install LÖVE for your device from https://love2d.org (~5MB and open source). Install my Lua Carousel from https://akkartik.itch.io/carousel (~100KB). It includes all its source code and... - Source: Hacker News / 6 months ago
Probably the most important piece of software we'll be playing around with is a game engine called LÖVE. I'll be going through installation at the end of this post. - Source: dev.to / 6 months ago
