The online tool: ezgif.com is pretty good for short gifs and maybe even videos in some cases. When it comes to free video editing software it gets a bit tricky imo. Most of them are not particulary designed around making meme clips. You could try microsoft clipchamp for windows (11?) for probably the most basic and easy editor around or Maybe kdenlive.org/ Haven't tried it yet. But it is free and people say it... When we initially researched, we did them independently. For RFP software, we wanted something to help with tracking, analyzing, generating proposals, AI answer suggestion/knowledge base, assigning related tasks etc. Avnio & RFPIO made our shortlist. For Quote software, we wanted something shiny, to make closing faster and easier to understand. Qwilr and PandaDocs were rated pretty high. Source: over 3 years ago
