  The online tool: ezgif.com is pretty good for short gifs and maybe even videos in some cases. When it comes to free video editing software it gets a bit tricky imo. Most of them are not particulary designed around making meme clips. I always used care.com sittercity.com urbansitter.com Just make sure you call references and do a trial run with them! Also a perk if they are CPR certified but there are tons of resources out there. White House Nannies is the major nanny agency here, but I feel like most nannies who sign up for it are looking for full time work.
