Yes, you should absolutely not be using Google Analytics. They don't need more data, your users don't want to see cookie banners and most of you really don't need 99% of the data that you can filter through... I can't recommend Fathom (https://usefathom.com) enough. They have a huge focus on privacy-first tracking. I use Hive hive.com , which is also a project management tool. I sync it with my google calendar for work-related things and with my calendar app on iPhone for home/family-related things. Guess I could use just one calendar and use tags, but this system works best for me.
