In a DCF analysis you have to come up with some estimates with regards to future revenue, capex, depreciation, EBITDA margins, and other things like that. Whatever safe bed you can find at this point. You've left it too late to be picky and it's looking like it's going to be the start of the the busiest, boomiest tourist season here in Italy ever.
