Yup, two actually, but you should've had it enabled before you lost your device. There's the Google one, you can go on google.com/android/find, log into the same google account you were using on that device, and it will provide you with a few options (besides locating it): make it ring, lock it (and also set up a message that will display on the lockscreen), or erase it, and there's the Samsung one... Disable all of your chrome extensions one by one to see if you can find the culprit.
