Not saying it works for everyone, but the system I have worked out for myself is strength training 3-5 days/week during my lunch break at work. I have an hour lunch, so I can usually work in about 30 min of exercise, and I eat at my desk after. I use fitbod to generate workouts for me. It's not perfect, but I can easily change the workout based on what I'm feeling. It also keeps track of your workouts and can post... Source: about 1 year ago
I've started using a new fitness app, Fitbod (https://fitbod.me/). I've only logged a couple workouts so far but am a pretty big fan of the app right away. My favorite thing is that I can set up multiple "gyms" in the app and define what each equipment has in it (my crappy station gym vs my decent home gym vs the local commercial gym I go to) and have it auto-generate workouts for me. Now I workout at home and I use Fitbod that’s almost like a virtual personal trainer. You could try the free trial while you find a trainer. Source: about 1 year ago
I really liked FitBod. It's $79.99/year. You can select the equipment available to you, and the app will generate the relevant workouts, adapting over time. Source: over 1 year ago

Now with the prescription in hand, I could have opted to get on GoodRx and shop for the best price to fill it. However, Amazon also now has a drug retailing wing called Pharmacy that is competitive on price and will 2-day ship to your door. So I just purchased through them. The cost was a little less than $22 for a 45-day supply, and my prescription has one refill. Source: about 1 year ago
Agree with pill organizer idea. Its the only way I remember to take my meds. If you are in the US consider just switching your prescription to https://pharmacy.amazon.com/ with auto renew on they just mail it to you every month. Source: about 1 year ago
Anyone tried using https://pharmacy.amazon.com/. Source: about 1 year ago
I use cost plus which has been great, but I see that you already checked and they don't carry it. Possibly check out Amazon Pharmacy? but I've never used this. Source: about 1 year ago
I would check to see if you are able to get any of your medications online and delivered to you for cheaper. Check out https://costplusdrugs.com or https://pharmacy.amazon.com/. Source: over 1 year ago
