Not saying it works for everyone, but the system I have worked out for myself is strength training 3-5 days/week during my lunch break at work. I have an hour lunch, so I can usually work in about 30 min of exercise, and I eat at my desk after. I use fitbod to generate workouts for me. It's not perfect, but I can easily change the workout based on what I'm feeling. It also keeps track of your workouts and can post... Source: about 1 year ago
I've started using a new fitness app, Fitbod (https://fitbod.me/). I've only logged a couple workouts so far but am a pretty big fan of the app right away. My favorite thing is that I can set up multiple "gyms" in the app and define what each equipment has in it (my crappy station gym vs my decent home gym vs the local commercial gym I go to) and have it auto-generate workouts for me. Usually you want to link to a https://na.wargaming.net/en account, then you can use that to sign in on any platform. Did you do that when you were playing before? Source: over 2 years ago
Oh, they're great as long as you know what you're doing. I'd suggest selling the FCM 50t for the credits if you're a newbie tho, it's fucking hard to play it, only unicums do great on it. If you sell a premium, you can later on buy it for credits by writing a ticket on WG site asking to get the premium back: Https://na.wargaming.net/en. Source: about 3 years ago
