Years of work down the tubes. Will never use it again. ~ Note: They are doing this to push for "PRO" memberships, because the company is hurting for money.

  • Instagram alternatives for promoting business, now that EU laws messed it up?
Is flickr.com still alive? It used to be so cool back in the day, but I dropped off from photography in general over like the past decade, so have no clue how things are going over there. Source: 8 months ago
  • 20mm or 35mm prime lens
20mm will look wider on your Z6II than your D40x but it should look the same as it does on any other FX body like the D780 or the D850. Go on flickr.com and search for photos taken with 20mm lenses. You can type 20mm in the search bar. Make sure you look at photos taken with full a full frame camera. If those match the look you are going for, go ahead and grab the 20mm. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Some kid said you only these maintenance trains every 20 years?
If it was like the post on 'flickr.com' saying it was a ''19354 DDM45'' Then I know the info to that. Source: about 1 year ago

  • Question to Experienced ancestry user:
When you scan your images, you can reduce the quality. You might consider getting a subscription to an on-line photo system, like flickr.com, where you can upload original images of high quality. You could have lower-quality ones on ancestry, or just use an outside link to the photo record you have. Source: about 1 year ago

Loopback by RogueAmoeba mentions (127)

  • Tools that keep me productive
I use Loopback for virtual audio sources. This is super helpful because I create an audio source, which is my microphone and the guest's (guests') audio, and treat it as one input source. I use this audio source as the audio source for live captioning. - Source: dev.to / 2 months ago
  • Atlassian Acquires Loom
No, it's very easy: https://existential.audio/blackhole/ Blackhole is Free and Open Source. Also, Rogue Amoeba has a product called "Loopback". It's not cheap, but it's another alternative: https://rogueamoeba.com/loopback/. - Source: Hacker News / 9 months ago
  • EQ Mac audio INPUT?
This is the basic idea, but there are other apps which can make it easier. I prefer using Audio Hijack for the EQ part and sending it to a pass-through device set up in Loopback (which, for this use case, functions the same as BlackHole). Source: 9 months ago
  • Upgrading my gear, need some advice for recording multiple people
    - Loopback 2 by Rogue Ameba to create a pass-thru from the soundboard (Farrago, also by Rogue Ameba) to Skype so everyone can hear me talking in addition to the soundboard on the same line. Source: 12 months ago
  • Yamaha MG10XU and Zoom only recognizing one channel from the mixer / audio interface
At the risk of further complicating matters, you could try combining sources or otherwise experimenting with Loopback, an app that's designed to do all kinds of audio routing stuff. Source: about 1 year ago
