A somewhat related issue is that if I am making app recommendations for others the app store doesn't provide a cost for apps that I have already "bought" so I can't indicate the price. Finally installed DesktopOK by SoftwareOK.com. It's a bit of a Swiss Army Knife application. It has a "Tools" setting to enable an Alt+MouseDrag to move and/or resize any window by using a precedence key + mouse movement.
