Just https://heyfocus.com which I must have installed through Setapp, as I don't remember paying for it. It has a scripting capability so in theory I might be able to do something to prevent it from triggering when I'm active in a form. - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago

I did find this option: https://twile.com/ - but it looks like you have to input all the data manually (rather than just upload a gedcom with all the data and have it generate for you), plus I'm not sure how many options they give you for events - it may just be basic vital data.
