I built a form-to-email service like Formspree or Getform. My API accepts form submissions from the client, parses the request with formidable, and then sends the fields via email to the user. I tried Poloniex, which again took too much fees for sending away coins, also their option to sell-to-fiat, was eventully a coin-send to Simplex which costed me 25€ in Bitcoins, plus additional 5€ for withdrawing my Fiat via SEPA. Source: about 3 years ago
