  I preach Framer too, it is a great website builder however it doesn't provide a way for site visitors to add their own content or create new entries. You most likely will need to find a web developer that can build you a custom website. Source: 7 months ago

  I also believe there may be 'other' 3rd party application or Tip options out there, but this is one I put on mine. It's done via the bio.link portion of your profile. In my opinion, it doesn't necessarily show you have a Tip Jar. But I think that could be countered by putting it in your profile description &/or by creating a 'Pinned' Tweet.
