Don't do bootcamp. Start with something like https://freecodecamp.org and take a few lessons. Try to build something from that and see how motivated you are. If you see some progress and this thing still excites you, then may be find an engineer (a friend/co worker etc) who can guide you a bit as you continue to build something. There's not a lot of examples provided, but the ones there are interesting. Also, why the tracking with Yandex? They might be legit, but it's suspect. I know that is a very long shot but I loved going to that website that was presenting other websites. Those websites were very well designed and I am 100% sure I found it through some graphic design youtuber promoting it.
