  I created an story using https://nichesss.com then I generated a voice for it using https://freetts.com then I generetad the images based on the story using SD, I animated them using an android app called "pixamotion", I created the music using https://www.aiva.ai and finally I blended evreything together in a video.   Do you have a budget? If so, there's this tool I've worked with called Sonix that generates transcripts of what you feed into it. It's not super accurate, but it's good enough.
