  I worked on freelancer.com for 3 months doing mostly side gigs. WIth the payment, it wasn't much of an issue for me. The first payment indeed, it was more "special", as in, it took 2 months until I got the money in my account. But any other payment after that, were processed within days (at worst).   I essentially want to use a Combo of OCR + NER to attempt to identify this, but I'm not sure NER is well suited for this, as it is not natural language, so there is little context to go off of.
