If you're not capable of hosting the solution yourself, there are solutions that have per-agent models that will cost you much less than SchoolDude, all while being substantially more feature rich. osTicket and FreshService are both great examples. Abrowser, basically GNU Icecat but it is based on the normal Firefox versions. You will need to configure it a bit, such as enabling ResistFingerPrinting. It doesn't contain privacy-respecting addons by default like GNU Icecat. It can be found in the AUR or the Trisquel repositories (.deb package). Source: almost 2 years ago
