If you're not capable of hosting the solution yourself, there are solutions that have per-agent models that will cost you much less than SchoolDude, all while being substantially more feature rich. osTicket and FreshService are both great examples. Also I have been looking at https://daminion.net/ as a DAM solution and they used to have free version for single user personal use, but now there is just a contact us button for their desktop version pricing so not sure if they have a free version anymore. Source: almost 2 years ago
