   Huge time saver and easy to use

   I’ve been using Host Tools for years and I can’t tell you how invaluable it is. It’s sends multiple messages for me everyday with out my intervention and the best part is, my guests never know they are automated.

  If you're not capable of hosting the solution yourself, there are solutions that have per-agent models that will cost you much less than SchoolDude, all while being substantially more feature rich. osTicket and FreshService are both great examples.
