Not sure if you need cli or batch function, but the frequency will be cut off regardless of the purported bitrate even if it was "upscaled" since those frequencies were chopped previously. For 433, you can use the microphone jack. It often does some differential / bias removal, so in general it will decay, but I got okay results (you can see edges mostly). https://xoscope.sourceforge.net/. Source: over 2 years ago
