Yeah, CSS is something that requires practice. I'll say 1st week (or maybe less) for HTML and then the remaining 2 for CSS. There are some good resources like frontendmentor.io that you can try to get some understanding of how HTML and CSS work together. I'll say don't waste too much time on learning. It's not as monolithic as you'd think. There are lots of engines out there but their communities aren't very vocal compared to Unity, Unreal, and especially Godot's community.
