Gaia GPS might be a bit more popular than Medito. We know about 16 links to it since March 2021 and only 12 links to Medito. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
In no small part thanks to you and other users experiencing this issue, I was able to reproduce this consistently. And in doing so, I discovered that the web UI on gaiagps.com and the database where that info is saved, had different definitions of what should be possible. I spent a TON of time accurately making some long routes (on gaiagps.com) and now I see most are gone completely and others have large segments missing ! Anyone else have this happen ? (OSX and IOS). I opened a ticket but no response yet. Source: about 2 years ago

Sorry to hear this and good on you for posting and reaching out.. There has been some great advice already about counselling and journalling. I would also suggest using a timer app like Medito which is completely free and try to start off with 5 to 10 minutes sessions as many days a week as you can. Source: about 1 year ago
