If you are thinking of some kind of party game, Gartic Phone is a good suggestion. The game starts with each player writing down a prompt, and then the next player has to draw that prompt. Then the player after that has to describe the drawing, without knowing the original prompt. Then the next player uses the description as a prompt, repeating the process. The Character Creator has a license wherein if you use it for non-commercial products (ie - a free game) you can do whatever more or less, and if you are using them for a commercial product a license to do so starts at $5.
