We run standups every day, however only 2x of them are a Teams call. The other 3 are run using a tool called Geekbot (Yes scrum masters do hate this) which is basically just a chatbot that sends you the standard standup questions and you can answer whenever you feel like it. For web3-related Jobs, it's this for me. For bounties, I come across them on Twitter and TGE, but I filter through those and pick the good ones, like FLUID bounty where you learn about the project, complete easy tasks, and participate in competitions to earn. It really depends entirely on the role. You should check out sites like https://cryptocurrencyjobs.co and https://cryptojobslist.com and search for stuff like typescript to find out what folks are expecting. Perhaps with some personal study time and building a couple projects on your own time (that leverage libraries like node.js, ethers.js, web3.js etc) you could apply to a role like this one, or this one....
