Gem is an all-in-one recruiting platform that integrates with LinkedIn, Gmail & Outlook, and your ATS. It enables world-class recruiting teams to find, engage, and nurture top talent.
Recruiters use Gem to build lists of people to reach out to, find an email, and automate follow-ups. Gem saves time, doubles response rate, and gives visibility into what’s working.
Teams use Gem to collaborate on candidates, discover best practices, and never reach out to the same person twice. Managers unlock visibility into their team’s pipeline because every touchpoint is automatically tracked. And everything syncs to your applicant tracking system with best-in-class data integrity.

Greenhouse might be a bit more popular than Gem.com. We know about 4 links to it since March 2021 and only 3 links to Gem.com. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
When you say my crm--i'm not sure what you mean. I use gem.com to send my emails--I guess that's what you mean? You think they might know how to resolve this? I know crm means something like customer relationship management but I didn't see gem as that. I just use it to blast emails. Sorry for the confusion. Source: about 2 years ago
So but once my email is "warmed up", you're saying that I should never really send a big gem.com email sequence of 50 emails at once, because a real person wouldn't be able to send 50 emails in 5 minutes or however long it takes gem to finish the 50 person sequence? So you're basically saying that I should never use mass email campaign services? Because they are sending all of those at once, or within seconds of... Source: about 2 years ago
I send about 150 emails per day through a gem.com sequence. Source: about 2 years ago
I applied a ton on LinkedIn and reached out to recruiters through there. greenhouse.io is also a good one. Otherwise, Google is your best friend, and I'd hand pick positions that make you apply directly on the company website rather than 3rd party. Source: over 2 years ago
It's insane how shit some of these application forms are. Why can't every company have something like greenhouse.io so I don't have to make a fucking account to send you my resume and then fill out a bunch of the same info anyway. Source: over 2 years ago
Many jobs use services like greenhouse.io to post their jobs, and each job posting has an application form right on the listing. I'm applying to several companies where I'd be happy in several different positions (e.g. SWE on team X, SWE on team Y, SWE on team Z). Should I be filling out each form separately? Should I fill out just one but indicate that I'm open to other roles? Should I be trying to track down a... Source: almost 3 years ago
I'd say I am not anti social, and I do get along well with people. No problem working in a team or by myself. I definitely get what you're saying though about looking like another It guy, but I just don't know what to edit. I wonder if my resume even makes it to a real person and isn't just being thrown out. I've noticed 99% of the jobs I apply for all use the same greenhouse.io format, and I never ever hear back... Source: about 4 years ago
