I tried using https://cal.com for a bit but ended up just switching over to https://zcal.co and it has been great so far. All these other scheduling tools end up trying to do too much and always seem to end up a bit clunky and charge absurd amounts for it

  • Texting clients
You can automate some of the unnecessary texting like reminding clients of appointments, or finding the right time to schedule with tools like genbook.com for example. That way you can use text for more important relationship-building and client loyalty building. Source: about 3 years ago
  • Any good, low cost P.O.S system for salon?
Highly recommend Genbook genbook.com - they're the best value for money in the market for salons IMO. No hidden fees and the payment processing partners allow for you to capture cc but then use which ever payment methods you would like to maximize on payment processing fees. • Fellow HSP entrepreneurs, how do you manage your energy and stress?
I force clients who want to talk to me to book a call. I use cal.com (free) and my Google Calendar (which its linked to) only allows calls on specific days/times. I have a few "Call Blocks" where they can book. That let's me do calls in a small section of my week, with ample downtime to recover the rest of the week. I'm still learning how many calls a day I can handle. Currently anything more than 2 is too much. Source: 7 months ago
