I would reconsider your approach just extend Geonode https://geonode.org/ +MapStore https://www.geosolutionsgroup.com/technologies/mapstore/ and add additional mapping apps and features to that robust proven solution. Look at zoo-project http://www.zoo-project.org/ for OGC API PROCESSES (WPS) and expose to map clients ability to do analysis and conversion and geoprocessing hitting this nice API. Utilize power... I just discovered this kinda cool keyboard that claimed to be private. They have two versions of it, a free one and a paid one. They claimed that their keyboard works 100% offline (talk about that later) and having no suspicious permissions.
