The software itself is not well developed but the worse part is that to use any of the functionality you MUST have an account with HP! Why is it that guests to my home need to log into my account in order to use the printer. This is a completely unnecessary requirement. What it tells me is that when you buy a HP printer, you are not actually buying it given that unless you maintain an account it cannot be used.
As the software is super-simple, it insists on the user logging in to HP every now and then. This is a HUGE problem, as I can't always remember and/or search for the password, there is absolutely NO reason for that software to log into a website, a user has already PAID for the product, so they wouldn't like nor expect this kind of behavior, and when you launch an app, you expect to do something productive RIGHT NOW, not AFTER you log-in for no reason except for some egocentric at HP decided that you HAVE to.
