You probably don't need co-founders and you can explore options and ideas in communities like growthmentor.com, for example. You can try with fractional employees or consultants/freelancers. However, I've seen bootstrapped success stories of a product/tech founder coupled with a marketing co-founder (check plausible analytics, for example).
