Gleen started off building generative AI chatbots for community support on Discord servers. We soon learned that our customers really loved our chatbot and were eager to work with us to improve its quality and functionality. We also realized that Gleen AI could be used for not only for community support, but also for customer support and sharing information with many external and internal stakeholders. We publicly announced Gleen AI in September, and we've been busy delighting our customers' customers ever since.

Zoviz was founded to address the growing need for accessible, high-quality branding tools that don’t compromise on creativity or uniqueness. Many logo makers rely on templates, resulting in generic designs that fail to capture a brand’s true essence. Zoviz set out to change this by creating a platform where businesses of all sizes can access designer-level branding assets without needing a design background. It was personally and privately founded, with an initial investment from the founder, to provide an alternative that empowers brands to look professional, memorable, and distinct.

Gleen AI as an LLM-agnostic generative AI for customer support teams. We work with Open AI's GPT-4, Claude, and Llama 2, and we can also interface with proprietary LLMs. Our tech stack prevents hallucination and consists of an AI/ML layer that crawls our customers' knowledge bases on a regular basis, classifies and retrieves knowledge, and automatically determines the accuracy and relevance of generative AI responses. We also have a feedback loop with manual supervision that helps customers improve the quality of their Gleen AI responses over time.
