a lot of things. I've built 3 online businesses that were profitable with under $1000. it's really just a hustle once you get product market fit. Starting something online shouldn't take that much money if you know how to test it. I would look into non-authoring approaches. Gamebooks and dungeon/hex crawls are one early example. Nowadays people are experimenting with analog techniques (like using cut-ups), or computer tech that takes advantage of machine learning like (Write With Transformer (AIDungeon is the more famous/infamous one, but more are emerging).
