That third graph doesn't do a good job of accurately assigning commits to organization. For example, two the largest GNOME contributors for Red Hat are Florian Müllner and Jonas Ådahl. Both of them don't commit using a redhat.com email address. Instead they use gnome.org and gmail.com respectively. Check out invoicely.com, I used them when I was starting out. It's pretty easy to use and the invoice looks very neat. They have an option to send your invoice to your client in pdf form so they can download it if they need to. They also send you a notif if your client has opened the invoice.
