Thanks for the feedback - the "new message" is just a live chat notification that someone is available to talk if you have questions. It's from a company called Drift, and it's in use by thousands of companies around the world. Not a scam, nor is it tracking you. You'll see the same one on www.snowflake.com or gong.io for example. I hate pushing my opinion on folks (because I really do respect folks who want to be fully done and they're completely valid) but I really do think there should be at least some consideration to the waves or ethos.io proposals (or more due diligence since it seemed like Binance and a few other companies were involved).
