We are frequent users of the Duo For Web interface. We particularly like the quick way we can create a small group. I've never tried this, but I think the is an option to use duo through a web browser, by logging into your google account. Take a look at: https://duo.google.com/about/. Source: over 2 years ago
Alternatively, you can ignore all that and use Duo on the web. Enroll in Duo on your Fi phone, then https://duo.google.com/about/ and login to Fi account. Click on a contact then select Voice call. Source: about 3 years ago
