I am in a school district that uses Google for everything and it makes sense. What other product makes it as easy as Google For Education? The Admins have complete control over the Chromebooks and all the Google products. In reality, there are a lot of attack vectors like MITM, event logging or sometimes straight up storing data in plaintext.
