Yeah, well I signed upto usenetserver.com and threw a few bucks at shemes.com to search, seems there is a heap of .exe's to downolad and the one game I managed to download had no audio.. Getting a user's location from their IP should be possible with something like this https://ipgeolocation.io/ (free for up to 1000 requests per day which my puny website will never get). Latitude + longitude data from this service could be used to place the location dot accurately on the globe, although I'd have to look more into the math aspect of that before.
