I used Grocy for this, mostly because I had bigger plans for this (e.g. Meal planning and inventory of our kitchen cupboard), but I also found success with Loop Habit Tracker (free, Android, open source so you can inspect the code and build it yourself if you wanted). Source: about 1 year ago
